Pontiac, Sept. 20.- Two cadets, ö. 5. Jewett of Lawrence, Kan., and A. Sharp of Ottawa, Kan., were expelled rom the Michigan military academy or hazing. They compelled a "plebe" perf orm many amusing tricks, but about the most amusing was when they made him eat soap. He reported it to kolonel Rogers, and after investigation ;he colonel decided that hazing in any brm deserved expulsión, and so inormed Messrs. Jewett and Sharp.
