Women Ruled Out

Niles, Sept. 21. - At the meeting to vote on waterworks bonds women were ruled out by the city attorney, who claimed that only males were entitled to vote at any election. As the refusal is in contradiction to the law granting women suffrage in municipal elections the courts will have a chance to test the matter.
