Badgley Sentenced

St. Ignace, Sept. 18.- Af ter being out 22 hours a jury returned a verdict of guilty in the case of William Badgley, the Fort Mackinac soldier charged with coiniuitting a criminal assanlt on Lillian Saulter, a Mackinac island waitress. Badgley was inimediately genteneed to eight years' imprisonment.
