McCabe, the adroinistrator of said estáte, comes icio court and représenla that he is nojv prepared to render her llnal account as such adminiatrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the tenth day oí October, uext, at ten o'clock in he forenoon, be assigned for eamining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of aaid deceased, and all other persons interested d aaid estáte, are required to appear atasettaonof said court, then to be holdenat the Probate office, n the city of Ann Arbor, in s aid county , and show cause, ïfany there be, why the said account hould not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said adniinistrator give notice to the persons intcreated iu said estáte of tbe pendency of aaid account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of thia order to be pubhshed in the Ann Arbor Argub, a newspaper pnnted and circulatiug in Baid county, three successive week srevious to said dav of hearing J.
