[official.! Office of the Board of Public Works, i Axn Arbor, Sept. 28, 1893. f Regular meeting. Called to order by Pres. Keech. Boll called. Present- Messrs. Keech and Mclntyre. Abseut- Mr. Schuh. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. The street and sewer bilis for the month of September were read and audited by the Board. The Sidewalk Inspector reported that he had personally inspected the sidewalks which had not as yet been constructed, on the south side of West Ruron St., in iront of the property of Mrs. Anna B. Bach and Ellen Godfrey, Fred Besimer, Henry Matthews, and Lyman D. James; on the east side of Ashley street, in front of the property of Hiram Kittredge and Michael Kenny; on East Catherine street, the south side, in front of the property of Mrs. Mary L. Reeve, Mrs. James B. Smith and Joseph Clark; and that such sidewalks ought to be built without delay. Mr. Keech moved that the report be received and filed, and the Street Commissioner is hereby ordered to take the necessary steps to build all sidewalks 80 reported not built to this Board. Yeas- Messrs. Keech and Mclntyre. The City Engineer submitted the following center grades, with profiles: Prospect street, from East Univer8ity avenue to Wells street; Michigan avenue, from East University avenue to AVells street; Wells street, from Packard to Prospect streets; East University avenue, from Packard street to angle in street. On motion the grades were approved and recommended to the Commoii Council lor approval. On motion the Board adjourned. Clerk.
