Lak sino, Oct. 3. - Three cases of diphtheria developed at the industrial school for boys Sunday. The matter was promptly reportad to Health Ofi ficer Ilyatt by Dr. J. H. Wellings and the institution waa placed in quarantine. No one will be permitted to visit the school and with the exception of Superintendent St. John, none of the employés of the school will be permitted to leave the institution. The cases have been isolated and every precaution taken to restrict the spread of the disease.
