West Bay City, Oct. 5.- Samuel Hess who lives here and was at work on pavement in Bay City atteinpted to board a passing eJectrie car Wednesday morning when he missed his footing and feil under the car in such a manner as to catch both feet. Doctors aniputated one foot andthree toes off the other.
