Pattengill's Big Undertaking

Lansisg, Oct. 5.- Superintendent of Public Instruction Pattengill haa divided the state into 21 districts and wiil ïold a conference in each one of them on gome Friday during the fall and winter. After the conference a public rally will be held, with a teachers' institute the next day.
