Port HurĂ³n, Oct. 12.- Frank Parish, a laborer who resides in the Wheeler building on Water street, was arrested by Deputy United States Marshall E. S. Pettit and Detective Buckeridge on the charge of robbing the mails, a warrant having been issued by the United States court at Detroit. Parish, it is alleged, has been handling a large number of postal orders, and is believed to be implicated with Charles Ford, who was arrested here early this suminer in the act of robbing the mails, and with 500 letters on his person that had been taken out of one mail. Parish was taken to Detroit.
