Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. The Clerk reported that the Council had made the following order and appropriations: For artificial stone cross-' w-Uks on and along the north side of j E. Huron street, crossing State street; on and along the west side of State street crossing Washington street. The Huron street crossing was re ferred to Mr, Mclntyre and the Street Comtnissioner, and the State street crossing to Mr. Schuh and Street Commissioner, and they were directed to ask for bids and have the same built without delay. Mr. Keech moved that the Street Commissioner procure the City Attorney's opinión in the matter of Daniel Hiscock not laying sidewalk on Summit street not on line given by the City Engineer. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. Mr. Schuh reported that he had bought a ton and a half of lead at $3.80 per hundred pounds, also one "Bilge" pump with suction hose.
