The civil case of George Lawton vs. John Gillen was tried Monday and a verdict of $180 rendered. The verdict in Milton S. Lawton vs. John Gillen was $153. A non-suit was entered in the case of Manchester vs. Warren Kirnble. A judgment of $160 was n-ndered in the case of Sophia Burkhardt vs. VVilliam Ross. A judgment for $176.36 was rendered in the case of Charles F. Kayser vs. Adolph Hoffstetter.
