Bu li, executrix of the last will and t stament of aaid deceased, come into court nnl representa thnt she is now prepared to reuder her final account as such exeeutrix. ThereupomtisorJeredthat Monday heSOthday of October instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examinin?and allotdng such account, and that the devisees, leeatees and neirs-at law of sid deceased, and all other persons iDterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessíon of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said exeeutrix give uotice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the penilency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be ptiblished in the Ann Arbor Argus, a uewspaper printed and circula'ing in said county, three successive weeks preiious to said dav of hearing J.
