Lacota, Oot. 25.- John Eitel of this place and a butcher nanied T. Kellogg, who recently moved here, got into a controversy over soine dogs. Kellogg became angry. drew a revolver and shot Mr. Eitel in the right leg below tho knee, niaking a seriona wound. Kellogg Las lef t town.
