A Will Case In Court

An appeal has been taken from the probate court in the estáte of the late Mrs. Sarah H. Goodrich. The probate court admitted to probate her will made April 22, '94, which bequeathed all her estáte to her sister, Anna North. This will was contested by Mrs. Anna E. Lum, her neice, who produced a will made January 3, 18S3, which bequeathed all the estáte to her. The admission of the will made this year to probate is contested on the ground that Mrs. Goodrich was not competent to make a will at the time, of undue influence, and that she had not directed the drafting of it.
