[OFFICIAL.! t Office of the Boabd of Public Works, i Ann Arbor, Mich., Nov. 15, 1893. f Called to order by Pres. Keech. Boll called. Full Board present. Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. Clay Greene submitted a lease for the new city offices, which was referred to the City Attorney. Mr. Schuh moved that the President and Clerk of this board execute a lease for one year, of the same is approved by the Council Building Committee. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mdntyrc. Mr. Keech moved that the respective bids for man-hole and covers be transmitted to the council with recommendation tbat the bid of the Ann Arbor Engine and Boiler Works be accepted at six and 50-100 dollara per man-hole complete. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. Aid. Martin, Snow and Wagner, of the sewer committee were present and a general discussion was had relativo .to sewer work, etc. On motion the Board adiourned. Clerk.
