Montreal, Nov. 38.- A severe shock of earthquake was feit here at 11:48 Monday niorning, lasting about 15 eeconds, many buildings receiving a good shaking up, but no serious damage was done. Similar report comes from St. John, Que., and many other Canadian pointe.
