Recovery Doubtful

Armada. Dec. 7. -Charles Carter feil under the platform of a car at Emuiett and was seriously injured in thp back. His recovery is douboful. Misses Edith M. Keinston and Carrie L. Hodsdou, who arrived in Boston a few weeks ago, are newspaper women who spent the suminer riding through the British isles on bicyeles. The census returns for Albany show that there are 8,393 working women in the capital city, and among these are 1 lawyer, 1 pa wnbroker, 49 saloon keepers and 7 doctors. Florida's rolling exposition is a state fair on wheels, a tenth wonder of the world. It is the most remarkable car on either continent, has been entered by more people on the inside, gazed at by more people on the outside than any car ever built in the history of railroading, and has done Florida more good than all the fairs she ever held. - Charlotte (N.
