Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. The sewer and street bilis for the month of November were read and audited by the Board. Mr. Zenas Sweet appeared befoiv the Board and made a complaint about the water course on Felch street from Spring street to the railroad track. The matter was referred to Mr. Mc i Intyre and Street Comtaissioner. Mr. Schub moved that it is the sense of this Board that the sewer laborera i be paid twice a month. .Adopted as follows: Teas- Messrs. Keécb, Schub and. Mclntyre. Mr. Schuh moved that the biüs of The Obio Valley Fire Clay Co,, for sewer pipe from Sept. 5tU to JS:ov. ist, bepaid at amounts of bilis iscorrected, Adopted as follows: Yeas- Messrs.
