Muskegon, Dea 12. - A citazens comraittee, appointed by President Ireland, met at the Occidental to take action looking towards the relief of the upper península miners. It was decided to isk the cominon oouncil to grant for that purpose $800 left over from the money appropriated for Muskegon's exhibit and the furnisliing for a room in the Michigan world's fair building, tt was also decided to send out carda asking for donations of clothing. The Muskegon Cracker coinpany has 1 warded five barrels of crackers.
