Charged With Burglary

Detroit, Dec. 21.- George L. Laird was taken before Justice Sheahan Wednesday ínorning and arraigned 011 the charge of burglary, the complainant being A. Tamienholz.' He pleaded not guilty and the case was set for examinaron at 0 a. ni. Dee. 2. Bail was fixed at $1,000, with two suretiea. Laird is charged with being one of the three burglars who escaped from the officers who tried to capture them while attempting to rob Tannenholz's saloon last Saturday morning and who was captured later in the day.
