Geer, praying that adminisTation of said estáte may be granted to herself or some other suitable person . Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday. the LÖth da y of January net, at ten o'elock in the 'orenoon, be assigned lor the hearing of aaid petition and that the heirs at 1w f said deceased, and all other persona interested in said estáte are reqnired to appear at a session of aai1 conrt, then to 5e holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner shonld not be granted.
