Barn And Contents Burned

Allegan, Dec. 27.- The barn of Fred Lichte, afarmer living aboutfour miles from this village, was burned Tuesday evening abont 10 o'clock. Fourteen head of cattle and a large quantity of hay, etraw and feed were destroyed. L068 about 82.300, partially insured. The cause of the fire is unknown, as none of the f amiiy had been in the barn after 5 o'clock.
