Waived Examination

Kalamazoo. Dea 28.- Louis Paquette. alias Byers, charged with cashjng a forged note for 5843 at the Home Savings bank last June, was brought before Recorder Peck Wednesday afternoon. He waived examination and ■was held to the February term of the circuit court, bail being fixed at 2,000.
