At a Beuion of Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. hoiden atthe Prnbte Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the lótli day of December, in the -far one thousand eigbt hundred and nmetythree. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judgeof Probate. In tbe matter of the estáte of Watson Oeer, deceased. On readingandfllingthe petition. duly verifled, of Mary .1. Geer, prsying that administratlon of said estáte may be gfanted to herself or some other suitable persou. Thereupon it is ordered, tbat Monday, the 15th day of January next, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of Baid petition and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persoon interested in eaid estáte are required to appear at a session of saW co'irt, then t be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the pmyer of the petitioner should not be urantcd. And it is further orderea, that said petitiouer giye notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof.by causinjj copy of thw order to be published in the Ann Arbob Argus, a newspaper printed and eirculated in said county, three successive weeks prevkms to said day of hearing.
