The sewer labor bilis for the last two veeks were read and audited by the üoard, with the ïecomuiendation that aid bilis be submitted to the Council or their allowance at sums stated. Pres. Keech moved that the verbal prouosition made at the last meeting y -Mi'. Ashley, of the Toledo, Aun Arjor and North Michigan llailway. as to riglit of way for the main sewer on ,heir property and to building a spur ;rack crossing First and Wilïiam ; streets along First street, on their j property, be submitted to the Council 1 'or their consideration and approval.
