lOFPICIAL.T couxcii. Chambee, I Akeok, Jauuary u, 1804. j Regular session, Called to order by Tres. Keecli. Roll called. Full Board present. Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. Thefollowing members of the Sewer Committee present: Aids. Martin, Snow, Ferguson, Manly, also Pres. Watts General Superintendent Ashley and Chief Eugineer Riggs, of the T., A. A. & M. R. R-, were present by request of the Board of Public Works, in refof the Board of Public Works, in reference to procuring the right of way over the property of the T., A. A. & N. M. R. R. Mr. Ashley stated that the road was willing to give the city the right of way for the main sewer, on coudition that tlie company be given permission to cross First and AVilliam streets witli a spur track along First street, the track to be in six feet froni property line. All the members of the board aud the aldermen present favoi-ed the proposition. Whereupon, Mr. Ashley said witli sufh understanding that liis proposition vvould be accepted, the city eould enter npon the railroad property at once.
