Accidentally Shot Himself

Gagetown, Jan. 15. - Clarence L., the oldest son of John Karr, a prominent farmer, who lives two and oüehalf miles east of this village, went out hunting a short distance from his home Saturday afternoon. He found a skunk under a brush pile, and in trying to get the animal out, accidantally discharged his gun, the charge penetrating his neck just left of the Adam's apple, and lodging at the base of the brain. He lived only about an hour af ter the accident.
