Laksing, Jan. lö.- The engine of the fast train No. 3, on the Detroit. Lansing and Northprn railway, whicb left Detroit at 1:45, broke one of the wheela under the pilot when about two miles east of Okemos Saturday afternoon, bnt after pitching aud sliding along the track for about half a mile, the train was stopped without injury to any ot the crew or passengers. The train was delayed flve hours.
