A new milling Corporation has been formed in this city with $50,000 capital stock, of which 82 per cent is paid in. The shares are held as follows: Mrs. Elizabeth M. Swathel 2,146 shares, Nelson J. Kyer 1,427 shares and Andrew R. Peterson 1,427 shares. The corporation is known as the Kyer Milling Co., and succeeds to the business of Swathel, Kyer & Peterson, which fiim has been dissolved, after doing business for many years. The high grade of flour made at the mili guáranteos that the Kyer Milling Co. succeeds to a good business which e puslied for all it is worth.
