Attempted Suicide At Paw Paw

Paw Paw, Jan. 17.- The landlord at the Ulifton hotel heard a man goaning in his room about 5 o'clook Tuesday morning and, going in, found Jacob L. Lumim, from Kalamazoo, with liis throat cwt. The sheriff and Dr. C. 8. Maynard were sent tor and it was found that he had cut turough his windpipe. The doctor gewed up the wound and Lumin was taken to jail. He says "she" told him it ws an easy way to die to bleed to death slowly, but he doesn't teil who "she" is.
