Engineer Wooley Goes Free

Battle Creek, Jan. 18.- On motion of Prosecuting Attoruey Clark the case of manslauahter against Engineer Wooley was disuiissed by Justice Henry Wednesday uiorning. Wooley was the engineer of train No. 6 that disobeyed orders here on Oct. 29 and coliided with No. 9 at Nichols station, killing 28 persons and wounding 27. Clark's motion gave general satisfaction to the people here.
