Grand Rapids, Jan. 23. -Frank Donaldson was convicted Monday of fraudtilent legal practico and was finad S"00 and aentenced to jail for one year. Donaldsou was at one time prosecuting attorney of Allegan county and a shininglight in tlie profession. He came here to practice, feil into evil ways and hie downfall has been rapid. He has a wife and several cbüdren.
