Accident At Manistee

Makistee, Mich.j Jan. 25.- Frank Powlitski, a tailor. attempted to get ofï from the front platform of an electric car before it had come to a stop, and slipping, feil so that a wheel passed over his right foot. crushing it from in step to heel and necessitating amputation. This accident is most uufortuuate for the reason that his lef t leg has been crippled for inany years, a;d now it will be very difflcult for him to move about.
