At a session of the Pit bate Court lor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the llth day of .Tanuaxy in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judtre of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Patrick McMahon, deceased. Williiira B. Osborn, theadministratorof suid estáte, comes luto court and representa that he is now preparad to rerider liis iinal account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the Vith day of Februarv next at 10 o'clook in the "forenoon, be assig-ned for examininK und ullowlnjr such account, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in 6aid estáte, are requi red to appear at a session of sald Court, theu to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor in said County. and show cause, if any there be, why the sa kl account should not be allowed.
