, WLADWIN, Jau. 29.- -At Mie silluge of Esteys, in the township of Bentley, Gladwiu county. on Saturday, Andrew ülenn shot and instantly killed James Fos ter. The inen lived together. The shooting occurred early in the niorning, hut no one was inforined until i'earlyevenng. Glenu was then arrested by Deputy Sheriff Benton of Rhodes. and was brought to Gladwin and lodged in jail. Glenn adrnits the shooting, bnt claims it was an fu;cident. Others claim that there has been bad feehng between the two for some time, and that the shooting is the resnit.
