It looks as if Ann Arbor would secure another manufactory. The wagon factory, which was looking for a location-, as mentioned in last Friday's Argus, has made a contract with the Ann Arbor Agricultural company, under which the company takes $5,000 stock in the wagor. company and furnishes the power and leases them ground to put up a factory for five years, with an agreement to sell the ground at the end of the five years. The men who in the company are practical men who have an order for 1,500 wagons from one St. Louis firm. They desire to have $20,000 more stock taken here. They have been manufacturisg tlieir patented wagon gears in Toledo] but intend to buiid entire wagons here.
