Jag-cure Law Invalid

Lansing, Féb. 21.- The supreme court reversed the decisión of Circuit Judge Kelly of Al pena in the case of the seríate of the Happy Home Clubs of America va. the Board of Supervisors of Alpeua County. The court's opinión is, in effect, a declaration that the socalled jag-cure act of the last legislature is invalid.
