Detroit, March 1.- Kate Bingley, a youug wife 29 years of age, was sent to Pontiac asylum after being adjudged insane by Judge Durfee. The f orĂn of the malady that affiiots her is an excesssive joyousness. She sings, laughs and gaily talks night and day. Her songs and conversation are incoherent, but an air of blitheness and of lighthearted joy runs through them all. So engrossed is she with singing and talking that she has no timo to eare for herself. She has a 5-year-old child and gives it no attention beyond singing and talking nierrilv to it.
