Judge Long's Pension Case

Washington, March 1.- The LongLochren pension case has gone against , the Michigan man. Judge Cox of the suprerue court of the District of Columbia decided that Cominissioner of Pensions Lochren had full power to review the condition of Judge Long's suspension and to make such suspension and rerating as his judgment dictated under the statutes. The decisión is a voluminous document, covering about 300 closely writtèn pages. It took the judge just one hour and 12 minutes to read it.
