The issue of the Dental Journal for March i contains many articles of interest to the dental profession. "Some Advantages of Cast Aluminum as a Base for Artificial Dentures" is by Dr. E. C. Goldthorp, of Chicago. A. W. Diack, dent '92, contributes an article on "Devitalization of Dental Pulp." "Physiological Chemistry of the Saliva," is by Dr. Vaughan, dean of the medical departrnent. Short contributed articles by undergraduates are "Treatment of Fractured Jaws," by H. M. Bridgman, jr., '94; "Instantaneous Regulation," by C. P. Haseiden, '94; and 'The Active Agent in Removal of the Temporary Teeth," by E. H. Collier, '94. The editorial and other departments are full of good matter, evidencing an interest by the dental students in University as well as mere department questions. It was printed in the Argus office.
