Motion To Quash Overruled

Laxsing, March 14. - Alniost the entire session in the circuit couxt Tuesday was dsVoted to hearing arguments on motion to quash the indictments made by the Mason grand jury in the salaries arnendinent matter. The motion was overruled by Judge Person. The motion having been overruled, a plea of not gnilty was again extended, and it was agreed that the ruling of the court shonld apply to all the indictments against Ellis. Inasmuch as the rest of the indictments are in the same shape. the ruling will likewise apply to all the indictments found by the grand jury. It is understood that no further motions to quash will be made in aay of the cases.
