Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. The matter of sinking wells for Messrs. Orcutt and Fritz was referred to Mr. Schuil and the Street Commissioner. Mr. Mclntyre reported tliat the j horse watering tank south of the court ! house square and the one on the corner of Miller avenue and First street are out of repair. The Street Commissioner was directed to put the same in good repair at once. There were present seyeraJ residents and property owners fiora the west sideot' Gott street, stating tliat they were novv read y tó build sidewalks h ere tof ore ordeied built, by the Common Council, andasked thatthe Board' cause all the delinquent property owners to comply with the order heretcfore made. Also asked to have grade stake set at once Tne matter was referred to Mr. Mclntyre and the Street Commissioner. A communication from A. Torreyl Chief Engineer of the M. C. 11. K. Co., asking that the grounds about the Michigan Central depot be put in proper condition before the grass gets a start, was read, and the Street Commissioner was directed to take such steps as will be necessary to put the lawn and the gronnds in proper condition. A communication from Daniei Forbes was read and placed on tile. On motion the Board adjourned.
