Ba y City, April 11.- Fred Haywood. a yoang man of West Bay City. was Tuesday evening locked up in the Bay county jail. Charles W. Thayer, the defaulting clevk of the Bay County Savings bank, iniplicates him in the j embezzlement caae. Thayer says that Haywood endeavored t,o get him to eteal money froiu the bank.
