Have Arrived At Buenos Ayres

Buenos Ayres, April 17.- Five of the warships thatbeloug to the Braziliaa insurgent fleet by Admiral Mello have srrived off this port. No communication has as vet been had with theni, but It is supposed that they came direct from Rio Grande do Sul after Admiral Mello found that he could not capture that city from the government forces. These vessels are the República, Meteoro, Iris, Urano and Esperanza.
