Washington. April 23.- Postinasters ippointed: Barbeau, Chippewa county, 3. W. Stevens, vice John Sheeran, religned: Big Prairie, Newaygo county, Mr. Adele Forwood, vice Laura Bunnells, removed. A postofflce has been established at Jessie, Clinton county, with Perry J. St. Ulair as postmaster.
