Trouble Over A Mortgage

Lansing, April 26. - Judge Person has, on the petition of Reeeiver Stone of the Central Michigan Savings bank, issued a teinporary injunction, to re■strain Mrs. Hattie A. Bowie from paying, or Charles C. Charnberlain receiving money on a certain real estáte mortgage. It appears that on the day the bank failed last spring Cashier Bradley assigned this mortgage to Williara H. Hoze. bis father-in-law, and a heavy stoekholder, who in turn assigned lt to Chainberlain, another sonia-law. Stone claims that it is the property of the bank and that Bradley tllegally assigned it.
