At a session of the Probate Couit fortbeCounlyof Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Uffice in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the thirtieth day of April, in the yearone thousand eight hundred and ninety-four. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. Id the matter of the estáte of John Woodmansee, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifiel, of Caroline Woodmansee, administratrix, praying that she rnay be licensed to sell lhe reai estáte whereof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is ordered that ïuesday, the29th day of May next, at ten o'olock in the forenoon, be asïigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all otber persons intereated in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be bolden at the probate office, in lhe city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any tb.' re be.why the prayer of the petitionershould not be granted. Notice is hereby given that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 26th day of April, A. D. 1894, six rnonths from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims asainst the estáte of James Gaunt, late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor for examination and aüowance, on or before the 26ih day of October next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court on the 2Hth day of July and on the 26th day of October next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
