A Victim Of Smallpox

Jackson, May 2.- The littledanghter of Fred J. Beanian, who has been suffering from smallpox for some days. died Tnesday evening and was interred in Monnt Evergreen cemetery. There are no other cases of the disease so far. Dr. A. M. Crawford bruke through quarantine and visited the littlepatieut in the afternoon. af ter which he carne down town. He was corralled and taken to the pólice station, where he was thoroughly fumigated. A warrant is out for his arrest and he will be arraigned today on a charge of breaking quarantine law. Feuling against him is strong.
