Sir Charles Russell's Successor

London, May 8.- The election to fill the vacancy in the house of cotnmons tnade by the retirement of SifCharles Russell took place in South Hackney. Fletcher Moulton. Q. C, Liberal candidate, was successful, receiving 4,530 votea. Herbert Robertson, Conservative, received 4.338 votes.
