Lansing. May 15. - Governor Rich has issued a proclamation barring from the state all socalled Texas cattle until Nov. 1, except such cattle as are in transit across the state, and these can be unloaded for feed and water only at yards designated for the yarding of Texas cattle only. Texas cattle for Blaughter in Michigan can be unloaded only at the slaughter house or kiling doek, where they must be held in strict quarantine until killed.
